Job Title: Batching Clerk
 

Our company is the one of the leading manufacturers of animal feeds with two branches in Kenya. 
 

Overall Job Purpose: Ensure effective management of raw materials movement from the stores to the production without incurring any losses through accurate product tallying. 
 

Job Description

• Issuing of weighed materials of the right quality/quantity to production floor.
• Supervising batching casuals
• Ensuring that the store is well arranged and observing safety at the store
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness all the time.
• Keep and maintain records of weighed materials at all times
• Preparing summary of weighed materials and giving the report to the store’s manager on daily basis
• Ensuring that batches are well arranged and labeled at all times.
• Perform any other duty that may be allocated to you by your supervisors.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• 1 years experience in the feeds industry
• Computer literacy
• KCSE Certificate
• Certificate in supplies management / store management/ logistics
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and Swahili
