Extrovert graduate intern needed for a Service Provide Company in Karen, to undertake sales and administration duties. 
The successful candidate MUST have excellent Command of written and spoken English, be computer literate and enjoy working with all types of people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering the designated telephone lines and any others within.
  • Administering all tests to candidates and ensuring they are introduced to the relevant consultant as required.
  • Responsible for keeping all office supplies in stock and up to date.
  • Responsible for contacting clients and candidates and selling them the relevant training courses, as directed by the Training Director.
  • Ad-hoc general website research projects, as directed by the Training Director or MD.
  • Ensure that all candidates and clients (with appointed meetings or interviews) are offered coffee, tea or water on entering the office.
Qualifications:
  • Must have a minimum of 1 – 2 years in customer care role.
  • Must have worked in a multi cultured environment.
  • Must have proven sales ability.
  • Ability to develop new business from clients and deal with candidate’s requirements.
  • Ability and confidence to engage and influence individuals at all levels.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Monthly gross salary: Travel and expenses allowance.

We are looking for IT interns to work in our IT department

Duties and Responsibilities   
  • Continuous management and improvement of our joomla website
  • Reacting to problems and correcting  programs as necessary, devising possible solutions to anticipated problems
  • Evaluating and increasing  program's effectiveness, adapting  program to new requirements if necessary
  • Conducting user acceptance testing to ensure a program can be used easily, quickly and accurately
  • Writing detailed documentation for the operation of a program by users and computer operators
  • Reviewing, updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing IRES information systems
  • Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost and writing prospective proposals
  • Maintaining IRES and clients’ systems once they are up and running
  • Consulting manuals, periodicals,  technical reports, attending seminars and workshops to learn new ways to develop programs, and for continuous improvement of existing skills and knowledge
  • General IT support work
  • Any other IT related work
Qualifications
  • A degree/Diploma in IT, ICTM, BBIT or any other related field
  • Knowledge and skills required
  • Excellent Knowledge in Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • PHP programming skills
  • Skills in Java
  • Knowledge of databases and database systems
  • Understanding of Web technologies
  • Experience working with common Internet technologies (e.g. CSS, HTML, and JavaScript)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience
  • Strong ambition to adapt and learn new development technologies
