It implements its field programmes via the Mountain Society Development Support Programme (MSDSP), http://www.akdn.org/rural_development/kyrgyzstan.asp a locally registered NGO that it founded.  Programmes are in the field of natural resources management (main projects relate to irrigation, agricultural value chains, livestock), climate change, health, local governance, support to civil society organizations, early childhood Development (ECD), and disaster risk reduction (DRR). Some 100 staff implement between 14-18 projects at any one time. AKF works closely with the University of Central Asia (UCA)  http://www.ucentralasia.org and its Mountain Research Centre, as well as with other AKDN agencies in the country, especially with http://www.akdn.org/akam_kyrgyz.asp ,the First Micro Finance Company. Kyrgyzstan is regarded as a safe country. Schooling up to grade 6 is fine. Medical facilities are sufficient for smaller day-to-day ailments. Living conditions in the capital are good.

Researcher Needed

Researcher - Central America Mexico Permanent $66,540 per annum (USD) Amnesty International is shifting its centralized International Secretariat (IS) into a more strong, coherent and visible presence in strategic locations in the global South. In the Americas, we are developing a stronger presence by opening a regional office in Mexico City and de-concentrating some of the functions we currently base in the International Secretariat office in London, including our research and campaign capacity. Being closer to the ground will enable us to operate with greater speed and relevance and to be more agile and responsible to the demands of our human rights agenda. Amnesty International’s Regional Office is looking for an experienced Researcher for Central America to contribute to the development and implementation of a research and advocacy agenda focusing on Central America.

CRM is responsible for handling client accounts. They foster the relationship between the company and the customer as well as handle any projects, accounts, or issues that might be relative to that client. 

These managers liaise frequently with the customer to assure them of their importance and this helps to build the customers respect and trust.
 

The CRM Team leader must know how their client’s money is spent, and what service they are receiving. 

They send documents, information sheets, pamphlets, and samples to reassure the customer. 

As a Team Leader they are also manage customer accounts, and must be able to manage them effectively and prioritize the various customer tasks. 

If there are any concerns or developments that may affect the timeline, quality or duration of the project the manager has the responsibility to inform the customer.
