Position: Social Media and Online Marketing Intern (Fresh Graduate)

Flexi Personnel Limited is one of the fastest growing Recruitment Process and Payroll Outsourcing Companies in Kenya, and we are seeking to offer an enthusiastic candidate the opportunity to learn and enhance their skills as a Social Media and Online Marketing intern.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage all the Company-related Social Media Profiles (Facebook, Tweeter, LinkedIn, and Google+).
• Create high quality promotional, educative, and entertaining content for the company's blogs and social media profiles.
• Ensure that all the company's online profiles and blogs are regularly posted with the content created.
• Create a comprehensive social media and online strategy geared towards increased company visibility, membership and traffic, as well as implementing and managing social media communication.
• SEO (including keyword research and generation, blog and website content creation, website optimization, and other SEO best practices).

Professional Skills and Competencies

• Degree/Diploma in IT or Business related field.
• Skills and Experience in content writing (e.g. in journalism or freelancing).
• Strong skills and experience in using Social Media Monitoring tools (e.g. Social Mention, TweetDeck, TweetReach, etc.) and online marketing highly desired.
• Knowledge in SEO, keyword research, SEO content creation, and blogging techniques.
• Strong skills in Word Press, blogger and website administrations desired.
• Humility and willingness to learn will be an added advantage.
